Retention Specialist

We’re looking for a passionate Senior Customer Retention Specialist who understands the importance of cultivating relationships, building value in our services, and effectively communicating results to our clients.
What You’ll Do:
- Engage and Retain Clients: Proactively connect with customers to understand their needs, ensuring they recognize the value of our services and their impact on their success.
- Communicate Results: Clearly articulate the results and benefits of our digital marketing strategies, helping clients see the direct impact on their business objectives.
- Drive Customer Loyalty: Develop and implement strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, reinforcing the importance of our services in achieving their goals.
- Analyze Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement and tailor our offerings to better meet client needs.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with Support and Account Management Team’s to ensure a cohesive approach to client engagement and retention.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of customer retention experience at a SaaS company
- 3+ years of customer service experience in a fast paced, customer focused environment
- Familiarity with CRMs, preferably Salesforce.com, or similar systems required

Physical/Mental Requirements for the Job:
- Prolonged periods of sedentary movement.
- May be requested to work overtime and weekends if deemed necessary.
- Must be able to lift at least 20 pounds.
- Certain management positions might be required to occasional travel.
