This position is vital in compiling meaningful data and creating visualizations to share business and financial standing with key stakeholders and executives for strategic decision-making. Without the Sr. FP&A Reporting Analyst working to the best of their abilities, Meriplex would be unable to track and communicate our financial trajectory to investors to maintain the flow of our business.
Key Responsibilities/ Duties:
- Cash Flow daily review, prioritization, and bank accounts statements analysis
- Working with the AP team on payment prioritization efforts
- AR and AP KPIs, analysis, conciliation and reporting
- Create work models and dashboards to illustrate financial data and easily identify specific metrics.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business related to cash management, prepare reports, and generate metrics to measure business performance.
- Adhoc activities revolving of managing insurance, servicing of the lenders, etc.
- Provide key insights into the company’s actual performance, variance analyses, forecasting and budgeting related to Cash management.
- Support finance, sales, operations, and support functions with data analytic need.

Education/ Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, corporate planning and/or other related area.
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Data Analytics, Data Science, Management Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or Statistics.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills – an analytical, innovative, creative mindset.
- Advanced Excel skills to aggregate, model, and manage large data sets.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Power BI and/or Tableau skills.
- Intermediate skills with extract, transform, and load data processing and automation.
- Experience with Corporate Performance Management software and ERP software, direct experience with Oracle NetSuite or OneStream
Physical Demands:
Sedentary Work – Exerts up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, a negligible amount of force frequently, and/or constantly having to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
