As our Director of Global People Operations, you will lead a talented team of HR Business Partners and HR Managers, providing strategic and transactional HR support to leaders worldwide. What You'll Be Doing:
- Direct and mentor our People Operations team in providing comprehensive HR Business Partner support across our global organization, covering talent management, employee relations, performance management, HR compliance, and employment.
- Develop and execute enterprise-wide strategic workforce initiatives, ensuring alignment with our business goals.
- Oversee employee relations and ethics compliance, including investigations, policy development, and conflict resolution.
- Partner with leaders to identify and address workforce needs, providing coaching and guidance on HR matters and talent development.
- Utilize HR analytics to identify key performance indicators and assess the effectiveness of our people strategies.
- Collaborate closely with other HR functions (Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Payroll, etc.) to deliver seamless and integrated HR services.
- Serve as a trusted strategic advisor and passionate HR partner to management.
- Ensure legal compliance with all relevant domestic and international employment laws and regulations, including managing RIFs, terminations, unemployment claims, Labor Relations, and Leave Management.
- Drive positive change management initiatives across the organization.
- Continuously evaluate and improve HR policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
What You'll Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- HR certifications (CCP, GRP, SPHR, SHRM-SCP) are highly desirable.
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience is essential, including significant experience managing a remote workforce and providing HR services for multi-state domestic operations and international offices. Specific country experience outside the US is not required, but a global mindset is key.
- Proven success in leading and developing team members across diverse geographies.
- Deep knowledge of HR best practices and relevant labor laws and regulations (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, etc.).
- Strong experience with MS Office and HR technologies, preferably UKG Software.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a variety of projects from inception to completion.
- A proactive, process-oriented approach with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, including experience conducting sensitive investigations and developing scalable solutions.
- A proven track record of success as a self-directed leader in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation abilities.
- Unwavering ethics, integrity, and a strong understanding of the importance of compliance.
- Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills to build strong relationships and partner effectively with all levels of the organization.
