As our Vice President of HR & Operations, you will be a key leader, reporting to the CHRO, responsible for driving the evolution of our global HR operations. You will lead and inspire a talented team, championing the shift from reactive to proactive HR practices, and implementing strategies that enhance efficiency, leverage technology, and continuously improve our people processes across our multi-state and international operations. What You'll Focus On:
- Providing strategic leadership and direction for the People Operations function, aligning with arrivia'soverall business goals and in collaboration with the CHRO.
- Leading the development and implementation of strategies to move the HR function from a reactive to a proactive and transformational model.
- Driving efficiency and effectiveness within HR operations through the implementation and optimization of HR technology (HRIS, Payroll, Compensation tools, etc.) and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Leading and developing a high-performing team of HR professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Providing guidance and oversight for key HR functions including payroll, HRIS, compensation, benefits, talent management, employee relations, and HR compliance across our multi-state and international operations.
- Developing and implementing strategies to enhance the employee experience and drive engagement across our diverse workforce, including contact center and corporate employees.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant domestic and international employment laws and regulations, including overseeing processes related to RIFs, terminations, unemployment claims, Labor Relations, and Leave Management.
- Driving the effective implementation of change management initiatives across the organization.
- Utilizing HR analytics to identify trends, measure the effectiveness of HR programs, and provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
- Collaborating with other HR functions (Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development) to ensure seamless and integrated people strategies.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of global HR policies and procedures.
What You'll Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field. An advanced degree and relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) are preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience is essential, with significant experience overseeing HR operations for multi-state domestic and international organizations.
- Proven success in leading and transforming HR functions, driving efficiency, and implementing proactive HR strategies.
- Strong experience in leveraging HR technology (HRIS, Payroll, Compensation systems) to optimize HR processes and improve data-driven decision-making.
- Deep understanding of HR best practices and a comprehensive knowledge of domestic and international employment laws and regulations.
- Experience supporting a diverse workforce, including significant experience with contact center employee populations and corporate functions.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate vision into actionable plans.
- A strong results-orientation with a focus on continuous improvement and driving operational excellence.
- Experience in managing payroll, HRIS, and compensation functions is highly desirable.
Salary Range: $123,700 to $186,500 annually. The final offer will be determined based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
