Your Contributions:
- Engage in detailed reviews and organization of vendor and member agreements, sharpening your legal acumen and attention to detail.
- Assist in drafting responses to legal inquiries and addressing consumer issues, developing your communication and problem-solving capabilities.
- Conduct research and analysis on employment law matters, expanding your knowledge in this essential area of corporate law.
- Conduct in-depth research projects to support legal strategies and decision-making, contributing to the team's knowledge base.
- Work closely with the General Counsel on a significant legal project, receiving personalized mentorship and guidance.
- Gain firsthand experience in how legal teams collaborate with other business units, understanding the strategic role of legal counsel.

What We're Seeking:
- Currently enrolled as a 2L or 3L law student.
- A strong aspiration to pursue a career in corporate legal counsel.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Availability to work up to 40 hours per week for 10 weeks.
- Ability to work on-site at our Scottsdale, AZ office.
- Exceptional collaboration, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Familiarity with legal documentation and terminology.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
