Job title: Parent Partners Plus Specialist


We are seeking a full-time, bilingual Parent Partners Plus Specialist to coordinate home visitation referrals and outreach parents of young children for home visitation programs throughout Maricopa County. This person will work closely with the Program Manager to build and maintain an alliance of family support/home visitation providers for expecting parents and families with children birth to age five.

In this role you will:


  • Conduct phone screens with families.
  • Make referrals to home visitation programs and community resources.
  • Maintain information in a database and generate reports to partners and funders.
  • Follow up with families and community programs regarding services.
  • Keep detailed records of phone interactions with families.
  • Plan and staff community outreach activities to recruit families for home visitation services in Maricopa County.

Position requires some evening and weekend hours for outreach events.

What it takes:


  • Associates Degree in Early Education or related field, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Some experience in community outreach, engagement, recruitment, or coordination with community providers, at least one year preferred.
  • Knowledgeable about home visitation and the home visitation system.
  • Skilled in data collection.
  • Knowledgeable of community resources in Maricopa County.
  • Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card - OR - must qualify for a valid Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
