American Association of Tissue Banks (AATB).How You Contribute to Pinnacle Transplant’s SuccessYou are Pinnacle’s front line. You transform donated human tissue into high-precision products for use as surgical implants. You have direct ownership of the quality and efficiency of the manufacturing process, creating life-changing treatments for ailments ranging from spinal disc degeneration to foot wounds.Work hours: Friday - Sunday, 6:00 am to 6:30 pm
Training hours for 60-90 days:
Tuesday - Thursday, 5:00 am to 3:30 pm & Friday, 6:00 am to 6:30 pm (We can be flexible with the training days)
Work environment:Manufacturing CleanroomLocation: North Phoenix, near 19th Avenue and Pinnacle Peak RoadPay Rate: $21.00/hour + 11% Shift Differential = $23.31/hourWhat You Will Do
- Support / maintain 5S practices and standards.
- Teamwork, collaboration, and respectful interactions.
- Stay current on all company required training.
- Comply with all applicable OSHA, ISO 13485, FDA, cGMP, cGTP, HIPAA, AATB, Universal Precautions, and PTT Quality Management System (QMS) standards.
- Participate in CBA Day 1 activities which include initial processing, use of the CNC milling machines, use of bone mill, demineralization of tissue, antibiotic preparation, and incubation.
- Participate in CBA Day 2 activities which include qualified aseptic media fill, tissue mixing, cryoprotectant, filling and packaging of final tissue into syringes, and final storing of tissue.
- Participate in documenting all manufacturing steps executed compliant with GDP standards, and at expected output rates.
- Participate in setting up, tearing down, decontaminating, and sterilizing cleanroom spaces and equipment at expected output rates for all processing events.
- Participate in management approved cross training to non-CBA skill blocks as defined in Skills Matrix.
- Other duties as assigned.
What Qualifications You Will Bring
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
Who You Will Partner With
- Your Area Manager/Shift Lead. You will have daily verbal and written communication with your Area Manager/Shift Lead, and/or production support leadership to ensure daily production goals are understood and executed with speed and quality.
- Your Team. Regularly work in independent and team settings, maintaining professional communication with all PTT associates.
Where You Will WorkYou will work in a clean room environment in a manufacturing facility in North Phoenix, having contact with human tissue and bone. You are required to wear protective clothing including but not limited to hoods, face masks, gloves, boots, and coveralls.Your work is physical in nature. It will require standing for long periods of time, occasionally exerting up to 50 pounds of force, and frequently 10 pounds of force to move objects. It also requires repetitive motion with substantial movements of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.You may be required to use equipment including but not limited to band saw, surgical instrumentation, autoclave, lyophilizer, moisture analyzer, heat sealer, sonicator, microscope, centrifuge, controlled rate freezer, cryo mill, calipers, CNC milling machines, desktop computers, and general office equipment.Benefits/Total
