As our Executive Director of Human Resources, you will be a key member of our leadership team, responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive HR strategy that supports our ambitious business goals across our multi-state and international operations. Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive global HR strategy aligned with arrivia's overall business objectives.
- Leading and managing all aspects of the Human Resources function, including talent management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, HRIS, compliance, and organizational development.
- Providing strategic guidance and counsel to the executive team on all HR-related matters.
- Overseeing the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs that are legally compliant and promote a positive employee experience across our multi-state and international locations.
- Leading and developing a high-performing team of HR Business Partners and HR Managers.
- Driving talent acquisition and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent across all areas of the organization, including our contact centers and corporate functions.
- Overseeing performance management processes to drive individual and organizational effectiveness.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant domestic and international employment laws and regulations, including managing RIFs, terminations, unemployment claims, Labor Relations, and Leave Management.
- Leading change management initiatives effectively across the organization.
- Utilizing HR analytics to track key metrics, identify trends, and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment that aligns with arrivia's core values.
- Managing the HR budget effectively and ensuring resources are aligned with strategic priorities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field. An advanced degree and relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) are highly preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience is essential, with a significant portion in a senior leadership role overseeing HR functions for multi-state domestic and international organizations.
- Proven success in developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that have driven measurable business results.
- Deep understanding of HR best practices and a comprehensive knowledge of domestic and international employment laws and regulations.
- Experience supporting a diverse workforce, including significant experience with contact center employee populations and corporate functions.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels, including the executive team.
- Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans.
- A results-oriented and action-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate change and drive initiatives forward in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to leverage HR technology and data to drive insights and improve HR effectiveness.
Salary Range: $123,750.00 to $186,500.00 annually.
