Growth Strategy and Planning Manager


at Airalo, you will collaborate closely with the Growth team to help define acquisition and retention targets, working closely across Regional and Global levels to optimize efficiency and help ensure the quality of execution. You will help shape and implement strategic initiatives that drive Airalo's growth and act as a key partner to the Growth leadership team, leveraging data-driven insights to inform planning, improve operational efficiency, and unlock growth opportunities across global markets.In this role, you will take ownership of

forecasting and planning processes


, driving alignment between Regional teams and Central teams. Your ability to distill complex data into actionable strategies will be essential in influencing key metrics, and improving operational and financial performance.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:


  • Build and maintain scalable forecasting and reporting models for core growth KPIs, including signups, conversion rates, retention, and revenue
  • Help steer spend allocation process that enables our Growth team to achieve growth and efficiency targets according to Regional and Global growth plans
  • Analyze complex and challenging Regional market dynamics at their most granular level, translate market dynamics into meaningful insights and package up to present recommendations on critical topics and opportunities to key stakeholders
  • Assist in planning processes for quarterly Growth goals, coordinating Regional teams efforts to propose, prioritize and deliver on high-impact initiatives
  • Partner with Central teams (Acquisition, Retention) to ain in planning of media mix strategies, improving overall impact of channel performance, and ensure accurate forecasting of overall acquisition performance
  • Act as a thought leader within the Growth organization, bringing new ideas, tools, and methodologies to the table to drive growth and innovation
  • Prepare regular reports, insights, and presentations for leadership, summarizing key performance trends and recommendations

Must-haves:


  • 3+ years of experience in high performance growth environments, such as management consulting, strategy, operations, tech, financial services, analytics, or marketing
  • Proven expertise in building and maintaining forecasting models and translating insights into actionable recommendations
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in multi-channel strategies (e.g., paid, SEO, referrals, influencer marketing, etc.) and driving cross functional alignment
  • Strong quantitative proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau), with a proven ability to use data to drive decision-making
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage complex, deadline driven projects, analyzing results at a granular level with a strong bias for action
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise recommendations for stakeholders and leadership
  • Strong project management skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment
