We are looking for a UX Researcher who is passionate about understanding user needs to drive product decisions and shape exceptional experiences. You'll work with designers, product managers, and engineers to uncover insights that inform our product strategy and ensure we're building solutions that truly resonate with our users.
Using both qualitative and quantitative methods, you'll plan and execute research studies, synthesize findings into actionable recommendations, and effectively communicate these insights across the organization. The ideal candidate combines strong research skills with exceptional communication abilities, thriving in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a relentless focus on user needs.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience planning and executing user research studies in leading product companies
- Experience in performing moderated research and remote qualitative and quantitative design and usability research activitiesAbility to champion user experience research and integrate within the design planning, estimation, and prioritization process
- Experience presenting complex research findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills

- Advanced skills in data analysis and visualization

- Work with Designers, Product Managers, Engineers, Data Analysts, and company stakeholders to prioritize research opportunities in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Guide designers and product managers to conduct unmoderated research sessions, providing frameworks, templates, and best practices that enable them to gather valuable user insights without direct oversight.
- Build a UX Research knowledge base about our users and our product, while continuously expanding its scope. Provide key stakeholders across the organization with access to research methodologies, documentation, findings, and valuable insights.
