If this sounds like you, come join the marketing team as a CRM Marketing Manager!We’re looking for a right and left brained whiz who is ruthlessly analytical in pursuit of improving conversion, with the creativity and communication skills to evolve our lifecycle marketing with customers across a variety of channels including email, SMS, direct mail and more.

Reporting into our Associate Director of CRM, our CRM Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving key strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing customer engagement, increasing retention, and fostering growth across all CRM channels. This role involves end-to-end management of CRM campaigns, including strategy development, execution, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping customer journeys, optimizing marketing automation workflows, and leveraging data-driven insights to deliver personalized experiences that drive long-term business success.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:  


  • Develop and optimize lifecycle marketing programs to drive growth and revenue through emails, SMS, direct mail, and more
  • Create and implement lifecycle marketing strategies for leads from acquisition and partnership channels
  • Optimize workflows and leverage data and tools to create personalized experiences at scale
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across teams including but not limited to Marketing, Operations, Product, Engineering, Data Science to support new projects, product features, and launches
  • Design, execute, and analyze A/B test plans to improve CRM program performance and conversion rates
  • Measure success metrics, analyze trends, and share actionable insights with key stakeholders to inform strategic decision-making and future campaigns
  • Concept, code (HTML/CSS), and test email templates for campaigns

WHAT YOU’LL NEED: 


  • You have 3-5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in a CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing role
  • You have experience in a variety of marketing tools: email/CRM (Iterable, Braze, MailChimp, etc.), email design (Litmus), and landing pages (Unbounce, InstaPage)
  • You have a strong analytical toolkit, including experience with Excel, Tableau, Looker, or other tools
  • You are familiar with HTML/CSS, particularly in coding emails and landing pages
  • You can troubleshoot and problem-solve across teams and tools
  • You have a proven track record of meeting deadlines and communicating with stakeholders across teams
  • You have ambition, a curious mind, and a desire to hit the ground running

The salary range for this role is a good faith estimate, it is estimated based on what a successful candidate might be paid in certain Company locations. The salary range for this position is $124,000-143,000. All offers presented to candidates are carefully reviewed to ensure fair, equitable pay by offering competitive salaries that align with the individual’s skills, education, experience, training, and geographic location.

The range may vary above or below the stated amounts.
