The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing end-to-end recruitment for Go-To-Market (GTM) teams, including Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), and will have proven success in leading a team of recruiters and coordinators. As a key player in our talent acquisition team, you will drive data-driven recruiting strategies to attract, assess, and hire top sales talent.

Responsibilities:


  • Own and drive the recruitment process for all GTM roles, ensuring we attract, assess, and hire top sales talent efficiently.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 5-8 recruiters and coordinators, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring alignment with hiring goals.
  • Maintain ongoing collaboration with hiring managers, senior directors, and department leaders to optimize recruitment efforts, refine candidate profiles, and ensure alignment from recruiters to senior leadership.
  • Analyze key recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, funnel conversion rates) to assess hiring effectiveness, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Evaluate the performance of various sourcing channels, leverage insights to enhance talent acquisition strategies, and ensure we are reaching the right candidates.
  • Oversee the usage and optimization of Greenhouse (ATS) to streamline workflows, ensure data integrity, and improve tracking of candidate progress.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership on recruitment status, pipeline health, and hiring forecasts.

Requirements:


  • 5-8 years of experience in recruiting within the SaaS industry, specifically for sales teams (SDRs, GTM roles).
  • 2+ years of experience in managing and leading a team of recruiters and coordinators.
  • Prior experience with Greenhouse ATS, or similar ATS platforms.
  • Data-driven mindset with a track record of making strategic decisions based on recruitment analytics.
  • Proven ability to build and manage successful recruitment strategies in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to navigate complex hiring challenges.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience recruiting for high-growth SaaS companies.
  • Familiarity with other recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, job boards, etc.).
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or similar data analysis tools for recruitment metrics.
