Role overview
Our team is mission-oriented, quick-moving, and fun-loving. We believe recruiting should be a company-wide effort, candidate experience comes first, and that a strong culture is based on relationships and not transactions. Each member of the Brigit team is invested in telling our company’s story, building our brand, and establishing new processes that challenge the traditional and often dated methods of recruiting. We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter with proven experience in sourcing and recruiting technical roles (Engineering, Data, Product, Design, and Marketing).
Reporting to the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll proactively source, identify, engage, and help in hiring top-tier tech talent.
What you’ll be doing
- Conduct full cycle recruiting end to end; including candidate sourcing, application reviews, recruiting coordination, screening interviews, and high touch candidate management through the interview cycle
- Manage all aspects of candidate pipeline activity and maintain data integrity within the ATS, proactively sharing data-centric updates with TA Manager
- Develop innovative and organized candidate sourcing strategies using multiple channels including referral generation, sourcing campaigns, talent branding efforts and other creative channels to support hiring goals
- Create an exceptional candidate experience from application to offer, acting as a candidate advisor and advocate throughout the hiring process
- Work with hiring managers to provide guidance, expertise, collaboration and teamwork to hire the best talent for our team
What you have
- 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience with demonstrated track record of delivering on hiring goals across Engineering, Product, Data, Design, and Marketing
- In-house recruiting experience with a start-up is required
- You have deep expertise with a variety of sourcing platforms and applicant tracking systems. Experience with Ashby is required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication, negotiation, and time management skills
- You can operate with a sense of urgency and with flexibility of schedule as needed
- You’re passionate about our mission and users
Compensation
The anticipated fee for this position is $50 - $58 per hour.
