Blackline Safety is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Team Lead to guide our Client Implementation Coordinators in delivering exceptional client onboarding and deployments. In this role, you will oversee the implementation of our safety solutions, helping the team make decisions that align with the clients’ organizational needs. You will manage a small portfolio of implementations, keep the team informed on product updates, and provide strong leadership to drive growth and exceptional service.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?


  • Lead the team in delivering outstanding client onboardings and ensuring project success.

RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Leadership and People Management: Inspire, mentor and guide the team to meet organizational goals, while fostering high performance and engagement.
  • Performance Metrics: Set clear expectations, track KPI’s, assess team performance, identify areas for improvement, and support continuous skill development.
  • Resource and Project Management: Allocate resources, manage workloads, and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with management to develop strategies that streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment and identify areas for process improvement.
  • Data-Driven Metrics: Define and track meaningful metrics to identify potential roadblocks and drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Client Experience: Ensure clients needs are met, promptly address issues, and deliver smooth deployment execution.
  • Continuous improvement: Cultivate a team environment that emphasizes growth, continuous learning and ongoing improvements.

SPECIFIC TASKS


  • Manage a select number of projects, ensuring onboarding and implementation are completed thoroughly and accurately.
  • Assign and prioritize projects based on team capacity and workload to ensure balanced task distribution.
  • Monitor the team inbox daily, directing emails to the appropriate team member for timely responses.
  • Track and report team KPI’s and metrics regularly, providing insights and updates to management.
  • Document meeting minutes, capturing key decisions, action items and follow-up tasks.
  • Support CRM/ERM system adoption across the team, ensuring smooth integration and use.
  • Ensure daily adherence to established procedures while continuously identifying process improvements to drive better results.
  • Address and resolve client escalations, acting as a point of contact for critical issues.
  • Train and coach team members, ensuring alignment with company goals and fostering skills developments.
  • Participate in internal meetings to collaborate with departments, discuss progress, and address challenges.

SKILLS AND PREREQUISITES:

  • Detail-oriented and accurate, ensuring high quality execution of all tasks.
  • Tech savvy and able to quickly learn Blackline’s product offerings.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, CRM & ERP systems, and project management tools.
  • Additional language is an asset.
