What you will do
- Reporting to the Global Director, Talent Acquisition you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a diverse range of roles across multiple departments
- You will work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop targeted JDs and Role Scorecards
- You will develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to build a robust talent pipeline (passive and active)
- You will oversee the hiring process to provide an excellence experience for both candidates and hiring managers
- You will use Lever Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and maintain accurate data to produce weekly analytics and insights
What you will bring with you
- 7+years of global recruiting experience across multiple roles, including Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Support, General Administration and Marketing
- You have over 7 years of in-house recruiting experience within a SaaS company
- Comfortable operating in high-growth, startup environments

The U.S. annual on target earnings (OTE) range for this full-time position is between $126,000 and 170,000 USD/year. This range represents a combination of annual base pay and targeted commission. Actual offers may be higher or lower than this range based on a variety of factors, including your work location, job-related experience and education.We would love for you to join us!
