We are looking for a Senior Manager, Distribution, to drive the success of branded content campaigns, leveraging paid, owned, and earned media strategies to maximize performance.
Reporting to BDG’s Director of Marketing and Distribution, in this role you will be working across our full publisher portfolio, implementing end-to-end distribution strategies in support of branded content programs on both site and social. In addition to ensuring that all direct-sold content meets and exceeds contracted delivery requirements, you will be responsible for shaping sophisticated learnings and translating performance insights into actionable strategies that drive growth and innovation across our portfolio.At BDG, we thrive in a fast-paced media environment where collaboration and innovation drive our success.

Responsibilities
- Manage paid media and campaign pacing of branded content programs, maximizing measurable success metrics in alignment with advertiser KPIs.
- Analyze branded content performance data to ensure best practices, identify optimizations, and drive continuous improvement.
- Develop clear, actionable performance reports and insights to inform internal stakeholders and enhance future campaign strategies.
- Serve as a go-to resource for account managers and post-sales teams’ questions and reporting inquiries.
- Engage in cross-functional relationships with design, branded content, and video teams to provide data-driven recommendations for performance-optimized creative.
- Lead experimentation with emerging paid social tactics, audience segmentation, and platform features to enhance content engagement and campaign effectiveness.
- 5+ years managing digital marketing campaigns, with experience in media, publishing, or performance marketing preferred.
- Deep expertise in paid social, with a strong focus on Meta and experience across platforms like TikTok, Snap, Pinterest, and YouTube.
- Must have previous experience with web analytics tools (eg. Google Analytics, Omniture, Pressboard).
- Proven experience in translating data into clear, compelling insights reports, with the ability to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrates strong strategic planning skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects with varying objectives.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic media environment.
- Desire to learn about the digital media and content marketing landscape.
