No experience necessary, we are willing to train!
The Commissary Dishwasher is primarily responsible for consistently and efficiently cleaning all commissary dishes, including items from both kitchen and pastry. The Commissary Dishwasher also accurately and efficiently cleans and packs all lettuce and salad mix, accurately slices all meats and cheeses and packs all kitchen items and soups for delivery as well as participate in basic kitchen food prep as needed. This position requires an attention to detail and an ability to work cooperatively in a production level team environment.
The Commissary Dishwasher is responsible for adhering to all food safety and sanitation requirements.

Schedule:
Full-time working Monday - Friday 11am - 7pm. The ability to work weekends and holidays is required along with keeping schedule flexibility.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Working knowledge of and ability to speak and understand basic English required
- Maintains food handler’s card – new hires are expected to have a valid card by their first date of work
- Must demonstrate regular attendance by coming to work on scheduled working days and being on time. May be required to work a variety of days and shifts to meeting business need including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills required
- Prior professional pastry experience or completion of a pastry program preferred
Physical requirements include but are not limited to:
- This position works in a building containing a bakery and is constantly exposed to wheat flour dust and other grain dusts (rye, corn, oat).
- Standing for 100% of the shift worked.
- Walking up to the equivalent of two miles per shift.
