Trueline is seeking a Civil Construction CAD Technician to join their team in the Bronx, New York. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a major parkway project, utilizing your skills in AutoCAD and civil engineering.

What You'll Do as the Civil Construction CAD Technician:

Create and modify models and drawings for roadways, drainage systems, bridges, and construction staging
Develop horizontal alignments and vertical profiles for project designs
Generate field layout data for survey crews and incorporate their feedback into models and drawings
Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to ensure accuracy and adherence to project standards
Maintain and organize project files and drawings for efficient access and updates
Embrace new technologies to enhance your skill set and contribute to project innovation

Must-Haves as the Civil Construction CAD Technician:

2-3 years of experience in civil construction
Proficiency in AutoCAD
Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively
Willingness to occasionally visit construction sites and navigate uneven terrain
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and use various office equipment

Nice-To-Haves as the Civil Construction CAD Technician:

Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D
Proficiency in additional CAD or design software platforms
Knowledge of infrastructure project workflows and standards
