ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Demonstrated experience with Ruby as a programming platform to develop multi-tier web-based applications
- Experience working within proper Software Configuration Management (SCM) processes, utilizing source code control, and change management software is highly desired Understanding of Ruby Best Practices
- Mentor and lead other developer teammates on best practices and coding standards
- Strong SQL coding background; understanding of SQL and No SQL (Mark logic) statement optimization/tuning
- Demonstrated experience with front-end web development (JavaScript, JQuery)
- Experience with developing APIs and Microservices
- Experience working in Agile and Kanban environments
- Experience with Bootstrap, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
- Infrastructure experience: AWS, Red Hat Linux, Ubuntu, Apache, Ansible tower
- Version control experience: Git, Github
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- 5 years of experience
- Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
- Candidates must have lived in the United States 3 out of the past 5 years
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Must be able to pass a Federal background investigation.
