Trueline is seeking a Legal Assistant to join their team in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. This is an exciting opportunity to support attorneys working on complex corporate cases in a collaborative environment.

What You'll Do as the Legal Assistant:

• Provide administrative support to attorneys handling corporate bankruptcy and restructuring matters• Manage case files and documents using legal software systems• Assist with legal research and drafting of correspondence and court filings• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel for attorneys• Handle general office duties like answering phones and greeting clients

Must-Haves as the Legal Assistant:

• 1-5 years of experience as a legal assistant, preferably in corporate law• Strong organizational and multitasking skills• Excellent written and verbal communication• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite• Ability to work full-time in the office

Nice-To-Haves as the Legal Assistant:

• Experience with legal software like Pacemax or iManage• Familiarity with bankruptcy and restructuring matters• Bachelor's degree
