Calling all tech leaders! Are you a problem-solving, curious, and strategic VP Platform or Technology looking for you next challenge? As a newly created position reporting to the CTO (Chief Technology Officer) and with everyday working with our CPO (Chief Product Officer), we are seeking a highly experienced and strategic VP Platform to join our dynamic team. This senior position requires a proven track record in a leadership role within a B2B SaaS platform, either in a technical or product-related function.

The VP Platform will be responsible for leading and defining the product strategy and implementation roadmap for elements of our SaaS platform that are shared across different O2C domains. Requirements


What you'll be doing:


  • Technical Leadership: Leading a technically oriented team in delivering mission critical product components & features in our SaaS platform. Focus on scale & reliability as well as providing critical services to the wider product. Collaborating with VP Innovation to ensure appropriate architectural decisions are made.
  • Product Strategy: Define and lead the product strategy for shared elements of the O2C platform, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Implementation Roadmap: Develop and manage the implementation roadmap for shared platform elements, coordinating with various O2C domain teams.
  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of Product EPMs (Engineering Program Managers), providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the CTO, CPO, and other senior leaders to align platform strategy with company goals and customer needs.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment on platform initiatives.
  • Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize platform performance, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.

What You'll Need to be Successful:


  • Proven track record in a technical leadership position for a B2B SaaS platform, with experience in either a technical (and ideally also product-related function).
  • Deep technical expertise in building scalable, multi-tenant cloud platforms, with strong knowledge of modern architectures (e.g., microservices, event-driven, API-first), ideally with .NET framework & Python.
  • Strategic thinking to align platform investments with long-term product goals and business growth.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills to build, inspire, and scale high-performing engineering teams.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration, especially with Product, Security, Infrastructure, and GTM teams.
  • Customer-first mindset to ensure the platform enables great developer and end-user experiences.
  • Proven track record in DevOps and CI/CD enablement, with a focus on automation, velocity, and reliability.
  • Data-informed decision making, leveraging metrics, telemetry, and feedback loops to guide priorities.
  • Experience managing technical debt and platform evolution, balancing innovation with stability.
  • Strong communication skills to influence executive stakeholders and drive platform vision across the org.
  • Familiarity with SaaS-specific concerns, such as multi-tenancy, usage metering, billing integrations, and compliance (SOC 2, ISO, etc.).
