Human Resources Intern


We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Human Resources (HR) Intern to work closely with our on different areas of HR. To be successful as an HR Intern, you should have great communication skills, be highly organized, and learn quickly how to prioritize. This position has a hybrid schedule (in-office/home) and reports to the Manger of Human Resources.

Primary Responsibilities


  • Support talent acquisition process primarily by screening applications and identifying qualified candidates, scheduling interviews at all stages in the talent acquisition process, ensuring Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is kept up to date, and setting up next steps.
  • Conduct research around HR policies and initiatives.
  • Partner with Organizational Culture Manager to support employee resource groups and engagement initiatives.
  • Support compliance efforts, audits, and other ad-hoc HR projects as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including data entry.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities


  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptability, ability to work as part of a team, and work effectively in a hybrid schedule.
  • Eager to learn and apply knowledge.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook and Word

Experience/Education


  • Bachelor's degree or studying towards a bachelor’s degree.
