Yext is seeking an Office Assistant for the Head of Yext India Operations. As a Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Head of Yext India Operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the India office. We value individuals who have exceptional organizational skills, discretion, ability to manage multiple priorities, great communications, time management skills along with strong attention to detail.This role is fully on-site in our Hyderabad, India office.

What You’ll Do


  • Manage the Head of Yext India’s calendar, scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the VP and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Support in planning and execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to plan and coordinate employee engagement initiatives, including team-building activities and recognition programs
  • Develop creative event themes, design promotional materials, and craft compelling narratives that encourage participation and excitement among employees.
  • Liaise with vendors for office events, travel, procurement, and other business needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships effectively.

What You Have


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role supporting senior leadership.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in content writing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across levels.
  • Experience managing vendors, contracts, and external partnerships is a plus.
  • A proactive approach, creativity, and a passion for employee engagement and company culture.
