cBEYONData is seeking are a Microsoft Power Platform Developer. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Power Platform, UiPath, and O365 tools, data visualization, reporting, and data analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering & Analysis – Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, gather automation and reporting requirements, and document functional specifications for O365, Power Platform, and UiPath RPA solutions.
- Solution Design & Architecture – Develop scalable and efficient automation workflows, dashboards, and integrations using Power Platform, UiPath, and O365 tools, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT best practices.
- Development & Implementation – Build and configure Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, UiPath bots, and interactive dashboards, following development best practices and governance policies.
- Deployment & Integration – Deploy automation solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems such as SharePoint, Teams, ERP, and other enterprise applications.
- Monitoring & Maintenance – Maintain and optimize existing automation workflows, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to improve performance and efficiency.
- Stakeholder Communication & Training – Provide training and documentation for end-users, support teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption of automation and dashboard solutions.
Requirements:
- DoD Secret clearance or higher
- Microsoft 365 (O365):• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Outlook• Experience with Power Automate for workflow automation and integration with O365 services• Understanding of security, compliance, and governance within the Microsoft ecosystem
- Power Platform:• Hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps).• Expertise in Power Automate for process automation and system integrations• Basic knowledge of Power BI for reporting and dashboard creation• Understanding of Dataverse and connectors for data management
- UiPath RPA:• Experience in developing and deploying UiPath automation workflows• Knowledge of Orchestrator, bots (Attended/Unattended), and automation best practices• Ability to integrate UiPath RPA with Power Platform and other enterprise systems• Troubleshooting and debugging automation scripts
- Communication & Collaboration:• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences• Ability to document processes, automation logic, and best practices clearly• Experience in stakeholder management, including gathering automation requirements and presenting solutions• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work in cross-functional teams
Other Requirements:
- Problem-Solving & Analytical Thinking:• Ability to assess business processes and identify automation opportunities• Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve technical challenges efficiently
- Project & Time Management:• Experience in managing automation projects, from requirement gathering to deployment• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under tight deadlines
