- Mission Support: Specializing in System Engineering Technical Assistance and operations support services to streamline system integration and optimization while ensuring operational excellence for modern enterprises.We are seeking a skilled and experienced Program Manager to oversee IT Human Capital Management initiatives. This role will be responsible for managing various human capital programs, including workforce planning, performance management, and manpower activities, with a strong understanding of military personnel regulations. The Program Manager will work closely with leadership and other teams to ensure the successful delivery of human capital management strategies and technologies, all while supporting the organization's mission.
This is an onsite position in Falls Church, Virginia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee IT human capital management initiatives, ensuring the effective integration of manpower, workforce planning, and performance management programs.
- Provide guidance and leadership to teams supporting human capital management, ensuring all activities align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with Army, Navy, and Air Force military personnel programs, regulations, and policies, including manpower management and human capital strategies.
- Develop and implement strategies for improving workforce efficiency, performance management, and talent acquisition.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and at least 11 plus years of total professional experience.
- Knowledgeable of manpower, performance management, workforce planning and human capital management.
- Required comprehensive understanding of the Army, Navy and Air Force military personnel and manpower programs and regulations governing those programs.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), SharePoint.
- Familiarity of the DoD and the Defense Health Agency is highly desired.
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated with high attention to detail.
- Must have excellent verbal/written communication skills and effective interpersonal skills.
- US Citizenship is required.
