PrettyLittleThing is on the lookout for a creative, enthusiastic, and results-driven Senior Social Media & Community Executive to take charge of our TikTok and TikTok Shop channels!As a Senior Social Media & Community Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing our day-to-day TikTok operations, driving engagement, and helping to develop our TikTok content strategy.

You’ll be the bridge between content creation and community interaction, ensuring our brand voice resonates with our audience and fuels daily engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

TikTok Management: Oversee daily operations and content execution on our TikTok account, maintaining alignment with our brand's tone, style, and objectives.
TikTok Shop Operations: Manage the TikTok Shop, ensuring accurate product listings, fostering follower engagement, and driving conversions.
Community Engagement: Proactively engage with the PLT community across our social channels by responding to comments, direct messages, and participating in conversations to foster loyalty and connection.
Content Creation & Strategy Support: Collaborate with the content team to create compelling social media content that supports our broader marketing strategy.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyse TikTok performance metrics (views, engagement, conversions) and provide actionable insights to optimise our social media approach.
Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of social media trends, viral challenges, and new content styles to bring fresh ideas to the table.
Influencer & Creator Collaboration: Partner with influencers and creators to develop collaborative campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.

Skills & Experience:

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of social media management, with a deep understanding of TikTok and TikTok Shop.
TikTok Expertise: Proven experience in managing TikTok accounts, creating content, and engaging with followers to build a loyal community.
Community Engagement: Expertise in building and nurturing online communities to ensure high levels of engagement and brand loyalty.
Content Creation: Demonstrated experience creating engaging video content for TikTok that taps into trends, aesthetics, and storytelling.

Desirable Skills:

TikTok Ads: Familiarity with TikTok Ads Manager and paid media campaigns is a plus.
Video Editing: Basic video editing skills using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or TikTok's native editing features.
E-commerce Knowledge: Understanding of e-commerce platforms, particularly TikTok Shop, and strategies to drive sales through social media.
