ABOUT THE ROLE:


Splash Financial is seeking a dynamic, customer-focused Collection Supervisor to lead our Servicing and Collections team as we ride the wave of rapid growth. This role will play a pivotal part in our company’s future success, ensuring lender recovery expectations are met and our Servicing team is empowered to handle the evolving needs of our customers. In our vibrant startup environment, you'll wear many hats, showcasing the full range of your skills and driving impactful change.

WHAT YOU’LL DO AT SPLASH:


  • Establish daily goals for the team, such as the number of calls to be made or the number of accounts to be serviced.
  • Review and report collections and servicing performance, identifying delinquency trends and areas of focus to the Servicing Manager.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to team members to enhance their skills and overall competencies.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators to ensure targets are being met.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions with team members to discuss progress, current initiatives, provide constructive feedback, and review servicing strategies.
  • Create a motivating environment to keep team members engaged and accountable for their performance.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPLASH:


  • 2+ years of leadership experience in Servicing/Collections
  • Exceptional analytical skills  
  • Proven experience in overseeing collection/servicing team members
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on accuracy and precision
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and inspire teams
  • Strong organizational skills to ensure efficient management of tasks and resources.
  • Knowledge of office software like Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Flexibility to work until 6:00pm PST/9:00pm EST
