The 1916 Company’s vibrant community extends from coast to coast and around the world.Position Summary:This position serves as a coordinator of inventory movement throughout our global organization.This includes handling outbound shipments to locations and customers, organizing inventory when it arrives to ensure it is managed in our internal database as well as directed to the correct departments within our organization.Job Responsibilities:-Serve as the primary support for our international locations and additional support for our domestic locations-Responsible for the management, coordination and shipping for watches and jewelry daily-Creating domestic and international labels and documents for outgoing packages-Conducting outbound quality control and inspection of watches and jewelry that are being prepared for outbound shipping-Learn and retain brand product knowledge-Ability or willingness to learn sizing and setting of watches-Occasional help with receiving of new good watches into our ERP systemSkills and Qualifications:-Being able to communicate with a large team on potentially many issues and the same time-Excellent proficiency in Excel-Must demonstrate a passion for organization and process-Highly detail oriented-Ability to work quickly and flexibly to meet changing deadlines and time constraints-Problem solving skills-Strong written, verbal and quantitative/analytical skills-Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferredEEO statement:The 1916 Companyprovides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
