The 1916 Company’s vibrant community extends from coast to coast and around the world.Overview:As the Client Advisor, you play a critical role in ensuring every client receives an exceptional experience. You will develop relationships with clients, process transactions, answer questions, merchandise product, keep the store neat and tidy, and ensure every client leaves feeling positive about their visit.Key Responsibilities:• Deliver exceptional client experience by establishing a relationship with clients, finding out why they are in the store, and meeting their wants and needs through the showing and sale of our products and services• Personally develop product knowledge base by attending company-held trainings and education• Clientele daily to develop continuous communication and rapport within client relationship• Contribute to a positive team mentality through personal and professional mindset and performance • Accurately and honestly handle cash and credit card transactions• Effectively utilize proprietary point-of-sale system without oversight • Ensure store’s safety by following proper security standards• Clean workspace daily; ensure that all locations in the store are neat and tidy• Assist in the facilitation of outside events by inviting and communicating with personal client base• Arrive at the store within scheduled timeframe; stay to completion of scheduled workday• Assist with other duties as assigned and delegatedQualifications:
- 1-3 years of luxury sales, specifically in luxury watches and jewelry preferred.Must demonstrate a passion for mechanical luxury watches.
- Demonstrate strong working knowledge of Swiss watch brands.
- Entrepreneurial self-starter.
- Strong written, verbal, and quantitative/analytical skills.
- Strong technical skills or ability to quickly learn technical concepts.Proactive, energetic attitude and desire to work in a results-oriented and deadline-driven environment. Desire and ability to manage multiple relationships at a time. Team player.
- Motivated, tenacious, and resourceful: work independently, don’t take "no" for an answer.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be able to work weekends
- Detail oriented is a must! You have a sharp eye and are meticulous about the small details
- Strong organizational skills—You are able juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of tight timelines. You have strong time management skills and know how to prioritize
- You’re proactive, flexible in adapting to evolving priorities and projects
- Accountable: You take ownership and personal responsibility for results and how they’re achieved.
- Must be able to work weekends
