ABOUT THIS ROLE:


As the Senior Manager, Field Marketing, you will play a key role in designing and executing field marketing strategies that drive demand, accelerate sales pipeline progression, and enhance customer engagement. This role requires a proactive marketer with the ability to oversee marketing’s digital and in-person events, ensuring alignment with business objectives and sales goals. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing high-impact field marketing initiatives, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and measuring program effectiveness.You are an expert in field marketing, event strategy, and integrated demand generation.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are highly skilled in developing innovative marketing campaigns that drive measurable revenue growth. You are also a data-driven marketer who understands how to leverage insights to optimize marketing efforts and maximize ROI.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Develop and execute field marketing plans to support pipeline generation, acceleration, and customer retention across key markets.
  • Own the execution of field marketing initiatives, including trade shows, industry events, executive roundtables, customer forums, webinars, and other in-person and virtual engagements.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to align field marketing programs with company segment and regional revenue goals, ensuring seamless execution and measurable impact.
  • Manage planning and execution of all event-related logistics, including site selection, vendor management, budget planning, content development, and post-event analysis.
  • Define and manage KPIs to assess the effectiveness of field marketing campaigns, optimizing performance through data-driven decision-making.
  • Strategize and manage promotional items to support sales, events, customer, and employee gifts.
  • Research industry events and marketing/campaign opportunities and evaluate sponsorship based on Reveleer objectives and target audience.
  • Support sales and marketing efforts in driving account-based marketing (ABM) strategies by integrating field marketing initiatives into broader go-to-market campaigns.
  • Manage the field marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective execution and ROI tracking.
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, vendors, and event organizers to maximize brand exposure and engagement.
  • Successfully prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budgets.
  • Continuously innovate and evolve field marketing strategies to keep pace with industry trends and customer needs.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing field marketing team, fostering collaboration, mentorship, and professional growth.

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation.
  • Proven ability to execute field marketing programs that drive measurable business impact.
  • Strong understanding of demand generation principles, including ABM, sales enablement, and multi-channel marketing strategies.
  • Experience in marketing analytics and ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives across teams.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience collaborating with executive stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.) and CRM systems
  • Experience managing event budgets and vendor contracts.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare technology industry, specifically within Payers, Providers, Risk Adjustment or Quality Improvement, is highly desired.
  • Willingness to travel domestically.

SALARY RANGE: $125,000 - $140,000 / annually Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Reveleer E-Verifies all new hires.
