As a Growth Analyst/Associate, you'll be joining a highly selective team from a variety of educational backgrounds. The common link between all of us is that we like to have an impact and solve problems. You'll help drive pipeline generation and acquisition strategy for Verkada’s core product suites within the U.S. market.
Job Description & Responsibilities
- Audience Targeting & Data Support: Support data-related tasks such as pulling account lists, organizing data for segmentation, and helping identify key signals or insights that guide targeting strategies.
- Campaign & Pipeline Support: Assist in the execution of campaigns and initiatives focused on driving pipeline growth. Support the team in coordinating logistics, tracking performance, and helping ensure the marketing development reps (MDRs) have what they need to succeed.
- Campaign Automation: Help manage campaign timelines, coordinate with stakeholders, and monitor performance tracking and reporting. Contribute to automating and improving current campaigns to increase efficiency and impact.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as MDRs, data science, and marketing operations to help keep campaigns on track. Support cross-functional communication and keep stakeholders updated on progress.
- Performance Tracking: Excel and SQL to dig into campaign performance and identify opportunities and areas of improvement. Take a hands-on approach to understanding what works and what doesn’t, using data to inform decision-making.
Qualifications:
- 4-year undergraduate degree (quantitative field of study strongly preferred)
- 1-4 years of relevant work experience with preference given to early stage startups, marketing operations and other quantitative fields
- Self-starter approach, willing to take responsibilities and own projects from day 1
- Ability to analyze and understand numbers, data and patterns (Excel proficiency is a must)
- Ability to think outside-the-box and be creative
- Inbox 0 type personality
- SQL preferred
Please note that this role is 5x a week in San Mateo.

Annual Pay Range
Below is the annual on-target earnings (OTE) range for full-time employees for this position, comprised of base compensation and commissions (if applicable).Estimated Annual Pay Range$100,000 - $150,000USD
