Job Summary


The Commissions Analyst is responsible for overseeing and administering the Global Commissions Program, ensuring the accurate calculation, processing, and management of sales commissions. This role involves day-to-day system management, troubleshooting for Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams, payroll submissions, and supporting the development and maintenance of commission plans. The Commissions Analyst is a key member of the Commissions and Analytics Team within Revenue Operations, contributing to process improvements, reporting, and cross-functional operational support.

Key Responsibilities


Commission Management:


  • Administer and maintain the Global Commissions Program, including the design, implementation, and upkeep of compensation plans.
  • Process and validate monthly payroll submissions to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage commission software operations, ensuring system integrity and troubleshooting any issues.
  • Address and resolve commission-related inquiries from Sales, Finance, and Customer Success teams.
  • Develop, document, and implement best practices for commission processes, improving operational efficiency and transparency.

Reporting & Ad Hoc Data Analysis:


  • Collaborate with the Commissions and Analytics Team to drive data-driven decision-making related to commissions and broader business operations.
  • Conduct ad hoc and ongoing analysis to enhance commission accuracy and transparency.
  • Provide insights through reporting and analytics, working with cross-functional teams to optimize commission structures.

Revenue Operations Support:


  • Actively contribute to process improvement initiatives within Global Revenue Operations.
  • Participate in team meetings, project management efforts, and workflow optimization to enhance efficiency.
  • Support Finance and Go-to-Market (GTM) teams by streamlining processes and driving operational effectiveness.

Qualifications


  • 1+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Finance, or Commissions administration required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, CRM systems, and commission software (strongly preferred).
  • Experience with Oracle Sales Performance Management is a plus.
  • Minimal travel (<5%) required.

PAID TIME OFF:  Paid holidays, as well as 4 weeks of annual paid time off are provided. The annual paid time off increases one week every five years.
