About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on 
Change Communication Specialist to support a high-impact transformation initiative within a global, highly matrixxed corporate environment.This role will work closely with the client's Transformation Office to plan, create, and deliver communications that engage stakeholders, align leadership, and drive change adoption.

Key Responsibilities


Change Communications Planning & Implementation


  • Develop and execute a comprehensive change communications strategy aligned with the transformation program's phases.
  • Create cohesive messaging that ties to the client's overall purpose and strategy.
  • Identify and highlight key milestones to unify communication across workstreams.
  • Monitor communication effectiveness, gather feedback, and continuously optimize plans.

Stakeholder Engagement


  • Design a stakeholder engagement strategy that addresses various workstreams and parallel interventions.
  • Execute timely engagement activities across all major project milestones.
  • Track stakeholder engagement effectiveness and adapt strategies as needed.

Writing & Messaging


  • Craft compelling program messaging, including the case for change, proof points, and business impacts.
  • Develop content that contextualizes transformation efforts within broader business goals.
  • Translate complex change initiatives into clear, engaging, and action-oriented communications.

Deliverables & Program Updates


  • Change communication strategy and implementation plans
  • Stakeholder engagement plans and tracking
  • Program messaging and communication content
  • Leadership alignment and cascade communications support
  • Reports on communication effectiveness and stakeholder engagement
  • Identification of areas requiring adjustment or additional focus

Qualifications


  • Proven experience delivering change communications in a global corporate environment , ideally within a highly matrixxed organization .
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and proofreading.
  • Experience collaborating with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong strategic planning, messaging, and storytelling abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint , and document editing.
