Must-have Skills
- Experience: 5+ years as a Business Analyst in software development projects.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and SDLC.
- Expertise in requirements gathering, user story creation, and process mapping.
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Lucidchart.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent ability to liaise between business and technical teams.
Nice to have Skills
- Experience with CMS platforms, payment systems, or mobile applications.
- Familiarity with AWS cloud services.
