Position: Client Success Specialist


Location: Jacksonville, FL (hybrid) | Full-time | Monday–Friday

At PaymentVision, a division of Autoscribe, we don’t just serve clients—we partner with them. As a Client Success Specialist, you’ll be the face of our brand, responsible for building long-term client relationships, driving adoption of our products and services, and ensuring client satisfaction and retention. You’ll work cross-functionally with teams across the organization—support, product, sales, and implementation—to deliver a seamless client experience.This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, understands the importance of customer advocacy, and is excited to help clients succeed through strategic guidance and thoughtful engagement.

What You’ll Do:


  • Own and manage a book of business, fostering trusted relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to discuss trends, product updates, and opportunities.
  • Be the voice of the client—share feedback with internal teams and advocate for enhancements that align with client goals.
  • Drive product adoption and increase usage through proactive outreach and strategic planning.
  • Educate clients on new features and cross-sell additional PaymentVision solutions where beneficial.
  • Ensure smooth post-sale onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support in partnership with internal teams.
  • Understand each client’s business needs, identify potential challenges, and help prevent issues before they arise.
  • Serve as the go-to contact for invoicing questions and assist with account-level escalations.

What You Bring:


  • Associate’s degree in Business or a related field.
  • 2+ years in a client support or customer success role—experience in fintech or financial services is a strong plus.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
