Job Description
The Customer Success Associate will be responsible for managing renewals and retention of an assigned set of accounts. Other responsibilities include driving ongoing adoption, processing up-sells, identifying cross-sells, and working with other teams within the company to identify ways we can improve the our customer experience.
Responsibilities
Managing the post-sales journey of a selected customer group from product launch to expansion and support to contract extension
Proactively addressing the customer group to strengthen product understanding and loyalty
Creating meaningful product presentations
Processing customer inquiries and obtaining feedback
Close collaboration with other teams, e.g. support, finance, content services, marketing and product
Identifying additional up- and cross-selling opportunities
Qualifications

Strong written and oral knowledge of both German and English1-3 years of experience in customer success management, account management or comparable experience with a high proportion of customer contactYour professional demeanor and the ability to actively listen to and understand customersSmart negotiation skills and good presentation skillsYour independent working style and high problem-solving orientation
