What will you do?
Core Responsibilities and Key Performance Objectives
- Define a visionary, aspirational, and achievable product platform roadmap that enables sustained, competitive differentiation and fuels company growth.
- Interface directly with LineVision customers to discover value and define product features and functionality.
- Identify and prioritize development squad workstreams to maximize value delivery while optimizing resource utilization.
- Partner with the Engineering org to successfully develop and launch new products.
- Build and lead a Product team, fostering career growth and talent development.
- Evangelize LineVision’s product offerings and thought leadership across the industry.
Within the first 3 months:
- Successfully onboard. Learn LineVision’s products, technology, and customer needs while building trust and key internal and external partnerships.
- Assess the current state (People/Process/Product Platform) and cast a vision for the future, earning leadership credibility to execute that vision.
- Facilitate quarterly squad OKR process to prioritize development efforts.
Within the first 6 months:
- Contribute to product definition to ensure successful product market fit.
- Articulate and rally support for a compelling platform vision of the future.
Within the first year:
- Oversee the transition from point products with variable product-market fit to a comprehensive platform of compelling solutions that drive revenue growth.
- Build, motivate, and retain a high-performing Product organization.

- Technical & Industry Expertise: Deep knowledge of IoT sensing, AI/ML, computer vision, software, analytics, and the transmission monitoring market, with a strong understanding of utility customers.
- Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Comfort navigating ambiguity, overcoming obstacles, and delivering impactful results in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Industry Engagement & Thought Leadership: Active participation in key industry events, partnerships, and evangelism of LineVision’s mission and products.

Reporting & Team Structure
- Reports to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), leads a team of 3 Product Managers.
- Collaborates closely with leaders in Engineering, Data Science, Sales & Marketing, Operations and Security/IT/Quality.
