Job Description
Work Location: Bangalore Work Timings: 2:30-11:30PM We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Analyst (Fresher) to join our finance team. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to build a career in accounting and finance. The selected candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, verifying payments, and assisting with financial reconciliations
Key Responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
- Verify purchase orders and expense reports for accuracy.
- Assist in resolving invoice discrepancies and vendor queries.
- Maintain records of accounts payable transactions.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing process.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in accounts payable functions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Powerpoint, Word etc)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, data entry, and reporting).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
- Internship or academic project experience in accounting or finance
- Flexibility in supporting business requirements across multiple time zones
