  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree – desired.
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate strong value proposition at executive level. Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to build credibility with new customers and influence internal and external audiences.
  • Drive and skill set to be successful with the necessary business development activity to sell our smart software and services to new logo companies in targeted vertical markets.
  • Situational fluency – Ability to comprehend and problem solve by thinking and acting quickly on your feet.
  • Absorb and apply the continuous, comprehensive and unstructured learning and experience provided by Lucas.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed to conduct business development activities.
  • Experience in industrial or supply chain automation highly desirable.
