Partner Development Manager (Hybrid)

We are looking for a Partner Development Manager to join the Drata team. This role will entail driving outbound prospecting campaigns (email, phone calls, & social media) to identify potential partners including resellers, alliance partners, MSPs and referral partners. You will often be the first point of contact with potential partners with the objective to set qualified meetings and drive new partner opportunities. Must be located in San Diego and required to go into the office 3 days a week.


What you’ll do:


  • Identify and research potential partners, engage key decision-makers, and generate interest through outbound calls, emails, and social outreach
  • Build and manage relationships with partners, driving new business opportunities and increasing pipeline generation
  • Collaborate closely with Drata’s sales team and partner organizations to align on joint go-to-market strategies and field engagement
  • Respond promptly to inbound partner inquiries, qualifying and nurturing potential partnerships
  • Lead high-level discussions with resellers, MSSPs, and referral partners, articulating Drata’s value proposition and the benefits of partnering
  • Embrace change with a proactive mindset while staying organized, adaptable, and eager to learn and grow

This role will receive a competitive base salary, variable compensation, benefits, and stock, typically in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). The applicable range of On-Target Earnings (OTE) for each US-based role is based on where the employee works and is aligned to one of 3 tiers based on the cost of labor for that geographic area. The expected OTE ranges for this role are set forth below, subject to change. Tier 1: $127,500 - $157,500Tier 2: $114,800 - $141,800Tier 3: $102,000 - $126,000You can view which tier applies to where you plan to work here.
