This role is critical to Meter's success


We are hiring Meter’s first sales recruiter as we embark on the most significant phase of growth, yet, for the business. We’re early in building Meter’s sales organization, with foundational teams in place across Channel, Enterprise, Mid-Market, and Sales Engineering. We are hiring across these teams and establishing new ones as we scale our go-to-market efforts. The caliber of sales talent we hire during this phase of growth will be incredibly consequential to Meter’s long term success. You are a great fit for this role if you are obsessed with – and particularly good – at building early-stage sales teams that have a track record of rapidly accelerating new business across industries and geographies.

You will have an impact by


  • Designing and scaling methods for finding, attracting, evaluating and closing world-class sales talent
  • Enabling hiring managers with the training, tools, and tactics to consistently and reliably hire exceptional talent
  • Serving as a standard bearer of Meter’s cultural pillars of Kindness and Ambition with hiring teams and external talent

Compensation


We think about Meter's compensation package as a combination of salary, equity, benefits, and the experience of working with a talented team to make the biggest impact of your career. 

  • The estimated pay range for this role is $125,000 - $180,000. 
  • Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Meter's equity plan.

The salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the Bay Area. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors such as your skills, qualifications and experience.

Life at Meter

Meter is a developing next-generation volumetric imaging technology. We are building a machine that can see inside of anything and cloud-based software for processing the complex, volumetric data that the machine produces.
