The Gathering Spot is seeking a Head of Programming & Communications to oversee The Gathering Spot's communications and programming efforts to drive club engagement across locations.

Job Duties:
- Manage a team of marketing coordinators and Member Event Planners in driving member engagement through boundary-pushing events and marketing
- Leading, Developing, and Monitoring Brand & Voice of The Gathering Spot
- Tracking and driving Execution of Deliverables Across communications & marketing department
- Manage a team of Member Event planners through creative process to align efforts towards company wide strategies and objectives
- Ensure the execution of member events across locations meets set brand standards
- Serving as a cross-departmental liaison to lead engagement initiatives that touch various other departments
