Over the past year, we've disbursed loans worth millions of dollars in loans to thousands of businesses. In parallel, Razorpay is reimagining how businesses manage money by simplifying business banking (via Razorpay X) and enabling capital availability for businesses (via Razorpay Capital). The Role - The Ad Sales Manager will drive revenue growth by securing advertising partnerships within the Engage vertical of Razorpay. This role involves acquiring new clients, developing relationships with key clients, crafting impactful ad strategies, and leveraging fintech insights to deliver value-driven advertising solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard advertisers and partners in the fintech ecosystem.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to craft compelling ad sales propositions tailored to the fintech industry.
- Work with advertisers to understand their goals and propose customized ad campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns across digital platforms.
- Monitor fintech trends and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for ad sales.
- Manage sales pipelines and maintain accurate forecasts.
- Report key metrics and insights to stakeholders, ensuring transparency in campaign success and revenue generation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- 4–8 years of experience in ad sales, media sales, or related roles, preferably in fintech or Banking industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Deep understanding of ad sales processes and digital advertising platforms.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
