We are seeking a Manager of Learning Design & Multimedia Experience, Commercial Operations who will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality sales enablement and training content including multimedia assets, sales training presentations and e-learning modules. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with strong presentation, design and multimedia production skills. As Capsa’s Manager of Learning Design & Multimedia Experience, your contributions to the team will include:
•Create engaging sales enablement and training materials, including engaging presentations, videos, infographics, e-learning and production of all-hands calls•Collaboration with subject matter experts to translate complex information into visually compelling and easy-to-digest content•Utilize design tools to produce professional sales training collateral and tools•Lead the production of videos including scriptwriting, editing and animation for training content•Work closely with Leadership and Subject Matter Experts to refine materials based on feedback and training effectiveness•Produce and support all Live Sales events, webinars and training sessions ensuring high-quality production and seamless delivery
What we ask of you:
- 5+ years in Sales Training and Enablement, multimedia content creation, or instructional design
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field preferred
- Proficiency in design software, e-learning platforms, and video editing tools
- Strong storytelling and visual communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop insights that inform sales strategies
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including knowledge of health system operations, challenges, and trends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with sales enablement tools and software
