We are seeking a Director of Commercial Enablement & Content Strategy who will be responsible for leading the creation and design of engaging, high quality sales enablement content and multimedia assets. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with strong presentation and developing innovative strategies to enhance the sales team’s effectiveness through impactful content and multimedia tools.This position reports to the Vice President of Commercial Operations and will be a fully remote position with some travel expectations.Become part of a team that supports the backbone of healthcare.

Position Location:

As the Director of Commercial Enablement & Content Strategy, your contributions to the team will include:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy for sales enablement, aligning with commercial goals
- Oversee the budget for content creation, sales training and multimedia production, ensuring cost effect use of resources
- Lead a team responsible for multimedia content, creative design and sales training materials
- Oversee the production of videos, e-learning modules, infographics, and other multimedia assets needed for Sales Enablement Effectiveness
- Implement and manage a content management system to organize and distribute sales enablement materials efficiently
- Establish content governance, version control, and best practices for consistency and quality
- Develop and manage the RFP Library, ensuring up-to-date and compelling responses that support sales teams in driving revenue
- Travel as required (25%)
What we ask of you:
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field
- Required: 7+ years in content creation and Sales Enablement, with Leadership Experience
- Expertise in multimedia content development, instructional design and sales messaging
