We are seeking a Program Specialist for a full-time contract opportunity with FM Talent Source for one of our valued clients. JOB DESCRIPTION
- On a regular basis, monitor Federal grant recipients and collaborate with team members, external organizations, Federal departments, and the general public.
- Serve as the focal point, coordinator, and advisor to assigned grant recipients to ensure interpretation and implementation of the legislation, policy provisions, and other requirements.
- Develop written communications/ technical reports and respond to inquiries regarding the program and Federal collaborative effort, as assigned.
- Provide written materials for special events to heighten awareness of programs, including information on implementation, data collection, and evaluation efforts.
- Participate in up to six (6) on-site monitoring trips of grant recipients and subrecipients, as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in behavioral or social science with two (2) years of experience.
Compensation Range:
The salary range provided is determined by market value, internal equity, and the candidate's experience and qualifications.
