The Dispatcher will coordinate, schedule, and communicate with Mood Technicians, Affiliates, Subcontractors, and Clients in regards to on site visits. They will be responsible for ordering equipment, following client specific approval instructions, communication of ETAs with all parties involved, and meeting client SLAs. Dispatchers will be responsible for scheduling specific regions and ensuring all resources are utilized appropriately to resolve the client’s issue.
- Coordinate timely Technician visits or removal requests ensuring client specific SLAs are met
- Speaking with supervisors or customers to resolve problems, requests for services or equipment
- Scheduling and dispatching technicians, work crews,3rd Party Vendors or equipment to appropriate locations according to predetermined schedules, customer requests or immediate needs
- Being in charge of communications within company assigned territories
- Keeping and organizing work requests, customer requests, completed work requests, charges for work performed, expenses for services performed, inventory records and other information
- Receive and input service orders into Oracle Service Cloud and document all on-going communication including job completion notes in Oracle
- Takes a proactive approach to anticipating and preventing scheduling conflicts
- Oversee vehicle scheduling and routes, dispatch vehicles, and provide timely information to drivers
- Report all scheduling and driver complaints to the appropriate location manager
- Keep a cordial and professional working relationship with technicians and subcontractors
