Job Overview
:The Software Development Intern will work within the Software Development Department, supporting the creation of the API Developer Portal. This project will focus on developing a central hub for API documentation, interactive testing, and an AI-powered chatbot for developer assistance using technologies such as Angular, Spring Boot, and AWS. The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy individual with a passion for software development and user experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the development team to build the API Developer Portal using Java, Angular, Spring Boot and Amazon Web Services.
- Assist in integrating Swagger/OpenAPI for API documentation.
- Help implement interactive API testing features using WireMock.
- Contribute to the development of an LLM-powered chatbot for real-time developer assistance.
- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to improve the portal's usability.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
- Prepare documentation and presentations for project updates.
Job Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and Java. Familiarity with Angular and Spring Boot is a plus.
- Understanding of API concepts.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies, particularly Amazon Web Services (AWS) is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to take constructive feedback.
