Job Overview
:We are seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead and manage our priority programs and projects. This role is essential for ensuring that initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and to high-quality standards. You will work closely across the organization to drive project execution and act as the primary liaison between technical teams, executives, and clients. This position suits someone who excels in a fast-paced environment, enjoys tackling complex challenges, and can bridge the gap between clients, technical, and non-technical audiences.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage technical and non-technical projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines
- Liaise with clients, managing their expectations and ensuring their needs are met throughout the project
- Partner with engineering and technical teams to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables
- Track project progress, identify risks or obstacles, and implement solutions to keep initiatives on schedule
- Provide regular updates, including project status, risks, and results, to executives, clients, and other stakeholders through reports and presentations
- Coordinate resources, budgets, and schedules to optimize team capacity and financial efficiency
- Ensure adherence to organizational standards, industry best practices, and applicable regulations
- Drive continuous improvement by assessing project outcomes and applying lessons learned to future efforts

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Project Management certification is a plus)
- Proven experience managing client relationships and delivering client satisfaction throughout projects
- 8+ years of experience in program or project management, with strong experience in technical or software development projects
- Experience with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and experience with methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or DevOps
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to distill technical information into clear, actionable insights for executives and clients
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana) to monitor progress and support team collaboration
- Familiarity with modern analytical tools such as Alteryx, PowerBI, or Tableau
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Hands-on experience coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Word) proficiency
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check
