This is a support role that will serve as a vital link between cross functional teams that offers a unique opportunity to influence process improvements, project management and content creation. In addition, the role offers the opportunity to advance career development within all aspects of asset management and mentorship from senior staff members.
Key Responsibilities
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison among investment sales, marketing and portfolio management to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
- Sales Support: Maintain and create Salesforce data, reports and dashboards while assisting with the coordination of sales activities to enhance client engagement and satisfaction.
- Content Management: Contribute to the timely creation and refinement of sales presentations, marketing materials and client communications, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Printing books when necessary.
- Work closely with investment teams, sales and marketing on specific strategy presentations and quarterly deliverables.
- Responsible for gathering key statistics in order to support the marketing team with the preparation and improvement of materials.
- Able to coordinate all aspects of any client-onsite meetings and due diligence visits, providing assistance to the internal teams to support the efficiency of cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales support, financial services, Fintech, marketing or a related role is preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required.
- Familiarity with a broad range of investment products/solutions and general knowledge of financial markets
- Entrepreneurial attitude and intellectual curiosity. Ability to think creatively and help design solutions to specific challenges.
Pay Information
This position is exempt and is paid according to the laws of the State of Illinois. The pay range for this position is $80,000 – $100,000 per year. We are required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
It is not typical for an individual to be offered a salary at or near the top of the range for a position. Salary offers are determined based on final candidate qualifications and experience.

- Experience with Salesforce CRM ,Pardot, MorningStar and eVestment is a plus.
- Series 7 and Series 66 Certifications preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements
- This position requires the physical capabilities to work in an office environment, which may include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. - This position is required to work onsite 4 days per week.
